Job Summary
This role ensures and tracks processes related to Sales Force Effectiveness, Segmentation and Targeting, Incentives, Business Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, and CRM tools.
Drive sales force productivity through data-driven key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide support for CRM tools and internal processes.
Develop executive reports in Power BI and maintain customer master data in CRM and ERP systems.
