Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2-3 years management consulting or investment banking experience
  • Hands-on implementation of data-driven initiatives
  • Strong fluency with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Working knowledge of AI tooling and LLM applications
  • Ability to structure KPI systems from ground up

Nice-to-have

  • MBA degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in middle-market technology-enabled companies
