  • Problem-solving in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ticketing system
  • Ability to deescalate customer technical issues

Nice-to-have

  • Healthcare EDI Knowledge ANSI 835 837 270/271
  • Experience supporting Software as a Service SaaS
  • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Medical billing experience preferred
  • High volume call center environment experience

Key Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Salesforce problem management knowledge
