  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
  • This role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
  • Employees will participate in developing and implementing the facility's quality assurance program and assist in planning resident discharge services.
