Job Summary
This role leads the National Ancillary & Out of Network Protection Analytics & Reporting organization to advance Cigna's U.S. employer affordability strategy.
The Senior Director is accountable for reducing unit cost pressure, managing medical cost trend risk, and enabling sustainable affordability improvements across national categories.

Base: $176,500 - $294,100 USD yearly; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long term incentive plan; Benefits: Comprehensive health, 401(k), life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 18 days PTO
