Skills & Requirements
Must-have
FTTP, 5G & HFC network experience
GPON, DWDM & Ethernet architecture knowledge
RF fundamentals and operations expertise
Statewide travel and after-hours availability
On-call roster participation for escalations

Methodical approach to troubleshooting
Adaptability to evolving technologies
Resilience under pressure in field conditions
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Experience with inside and outside plant equipment
Key Requirements
Hands-on experience in telecommunications infrastructure maintenance
Deep understanding of Telco architecture and operations
Familiarity with network assurance protocols for Ethernet, DWDM, and GPON
Ability to perform genuine occupational requirements via medical assessment
