• Lead the Pacific Northwest Regional Companion Animal sales team to accomplish regional sales goals and organizational objectives.
• Develop and manage talent for the attraction, retention, and motivation of the regional sales team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate and foster relationships with key distributor management personnel to promote the portfolio of products.

Key Requirements

• 8 years relevant work experience (12 years without Bachelor's)
• 2 years leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Live within the Sales Region
• Must be available for extensive overnight travel (50%)
