Must-have

  • Primary technical liaison with external foundry partners
  • End-to-end tapeout submission management
  • PDK availability and version control ownership
  • Process model qualification and SPICE correlation
  • Statistical process control (SPC/Cpk) methodologies

Nice-to-have

  • Advanced packaging technology knowledge
  • Space-grade or automotive-grade qualification flows
  • Scripting proficiency in Python, Perl, TCL, SKILL
  • RF/mmWave process technology experience
  • WAT data analysis and yield improvement skills

Key Requirements

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Materials Science
  • 10+ years of experience in foundry engineering or process integration
  • Direct experience interfacing with major foundries like TSMC or GlobalFoundries
  • Deep working knowledge of PDK architecture across CMOS, SiGe BiCMOS, or RF SOI
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum
