Job Summary

  • This role functions as the Principal Design Engineer responsible for the design, development, validation, and lifecycle support of Radio Frequency (RF) coaxial cable, telecom, and fiber products used in wireless infrastructure applications.
  • Manage and prioritize all engineering efforts to align with and achieve the strategic objectives of the business unit and direct development of new products utilizing the full capabilities of the MIEI group.
  • Develop training programs for customers and internal personnel and provide functional direction and supervision to the engineering group to ensure timely processing of orders and quotes and efficient operation of product manufacturing.
