Job Summary
This position is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the Department’s grants, including drawing down cash for federal reimbursement, grants reconciliations, preparing federal reports, and CMIA reporting.
Responsibilities include identifying, researching, and addressing reconciliation variances, reviewing general ledger reports for red flags, and performing monthly, quarterly, and annual grant reporting to state and federal agencies.
The Division of Agency Financial Services supports the Department of Public Instruction's financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and accounting services, ensuring fiscal responsibility and effective implementation of initiatives.
