Candidates will act as mentors, counselors, and teachers while conducting inspections, leading physical fitness activities, and documenting behavioral incidents.

Must-have
24/7 residential cadet supervision
Mentoring at-risk youth ages 16-18
Incident reporting and documentation
Physical fitness instruction and participation
Shift work including weekends and holidays

Experience teaching or coaching youth

First aid and CPR knowledge
Strong communication with diverse populations
Key Requirements
Associate's degree in human services OR High School diploma plus 2 years related experience
CPR certification required prior to direct patient care
Listing as Nurse Aide I or II by NC Division of Health Service Regulation
Must be able to perform physical tasks like marching, running, and calisthenics
Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
