The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information, and assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
The position requires a minimum of a 10th-grade education and being a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
