Salary

Base: $170,000.00 - $185,000.00; Bonus/Equity: commission structure based on calculation; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in R&D or product development
  • 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, business operations, or program finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience launching mechanical and electrical hardware products
  • Strong financial modeling, estimating, and forecasting skills
