Base: $127,500 - $197,800 (Level 4); $153,000 - $239,200 (Level 5); Bonus/Equity: Variable compensation opportunities; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
9+ years of systems design and integration experience
Experience with complex engineering activities
Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills

14+ years of related work experience
Experience leading projects as Project Manager or Integrator
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, data science, or computer science
