  • Develop and manage complex reinsurance strategies as well as develop and manage high level relationships with attributed reinsurers, brokers and portfolio managers at the SVP level.
  • The VP, Reinsurance Director will be positioned as an objective business partner, develop, and align treaty level reinsurance strategies, in conjunction with key stakeholders, to support our business strategy and ambitious growth plan in Canada.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience of Reinsurance underwriting or brokerage
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or economics
