Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of relevant experience Pharmacy
2 years of relevant experience Retail Pharmacy
State of Michigan Pharmacist Intern License
State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician License
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) - PTCB
Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) - NHA
