The primary goal is to maintain the foundational 'Brain' of the organization by architecting expert knowledge into a standardized enablement Bill of Materials.
Candidates will lead the AI readiness strategy by ensuring all assets are structured for AI companions to retrieve sources and deliver accurate responses.

Salary
Base: $125,000 - $187,600 USD (Atlanta); Additional locations: $118,800 - $211,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
