Job Summary

The Operation Trainee will receive systematic training and practical guidance across various operational teams, completing rotations in different departments to develop into future management and technical backbones.
This position offers an opportunity to understand all aspects of chemical manufacturing, including production operations, quality control, process manufacturing, and supply chain management.
