Job Summary

  • As the Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Roadmap for Lean, and the facilitation of teams to drive Best-in-Class performance in East Longmeadow using the Stanley Performance Excellence (SPX) Model.
  • You will work with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Finance, and Operations to select optimum manufacturing equipment, methods, and sequence of operations to produce high-quality products at the lowest practical cost.
