Job Summary
Trains, mentors and oversees performance management for senior level support staff and junior level professional colleagues, coordinates workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.
Performs critical client functions, including, evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines.
Supervise a team of Account Representatives to ensure expectations of role are met and effectively coach and develop team members to help achieve goals including oversite of established process, accuracy and timely delivery of established client support work to be completed.
