The O&M Director will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Integrated O&M Team to ensure seamless operational readiness and long-term system sustainability.
This role requires embedding operational, maintainability, reliability, and safety requirements into system design, construction, and testing phases while coordinating closely with the appointed O&M Concessionaire.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in railway system operations and maintenance, with mandatory proven experience in Asian countries involving subway and urban rail systems.
