This role acts as a critical advisor on high-value deals for Workday's Global Payroll solution within the Enterprise Specialized Sales team.
The position requires leading technical discovery to qualify ideal customer profiles and determine the optimal path for maximizing deal size.
Candidates will serve as a Subject Matter Expert to enable sales teams and provide feedback to product teams to stay ahead of competition.

Salary
Base: $129,900 - $158,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options

5+ years Global Payroll Sales experience
Technical expertise in global payroll compliance
Consultative selling and discovery skills

Fluency in French, Spanish, or German
