Job Summary

  • The Workforce Trainer reports directly to the Director of Workforce Development and should possess a well-rounded skill set in industrial machining, maintenance mechanics/advanced manufacturing of various types, as well as a thorough knowledge of accepted safety practices.
  • This position is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, as this position is for evenings and weekend work may be required to meet industry needs.
  • Job duties include establishing and maintaining working relationships with industry partners, interacting with business/industry leaders to assess training needs, and developing and facilitating trainings targeted to the manufacturing industry.
