The role involves participating in the development of written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting in the facility's quality assurance program.
Candidates must possess a current active RN license, training in rehabilitative nursing practices, and preferably have two or more years of experience in a long-term care facility.
