Job Summary
The Rehabilitation Counselor Supervisor is responsible for providing vocational rehabilitation services to eligible individuals with disabilities, supporting them in achieving and maintaining competitive employment.
This role manages a high volume of monthly referrals and delivers services in accordance with State, Federal, and Agency policies and guidelines.
The incumbent provides guidance and instruction to assigned counselors, reviews and approves casework, and monitors assigned caseloads for outcome goals, budgets, and overall program management.
