Must-have
15+ years FP&A or finance leadership experience
Multi-entity P&L management across diverse markets
IFRS and local GAAP regulatory compliance expertise
Strategic financial planning and forecasting capabilities
Cross-border financial reporting in UK Belgium Netherlands
Nice-to-have
Experience with digital transformation and AI models
M&A due diligence and valuation modelling skills
Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence
Background in cloud technology business models
Proven track record in sustainable growth acceleration
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business required
Master's degree or MBA preferred
Minimum 15 years progressive finance leadership experience
At least 10 years leading teams and managing significant revenue lines
Demonstrated experience with multi-country statutory reporting
