The Medical Director will act as a valuable resource to associates and externs, partnering with the Hospital Manager to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and to promote a positive work environment.
The role offers a competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 plus production bonus, up to $100,000 signing bonus, DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program, and generous CE allowance.
