Job Summary

Acts as a key contact and project liaison, facilitating compliance with contractual requirements, generating reports, and developing valued relationships with the dealer network.
Creates and delivers Customer Experience training initiatives, provides project management for assigned projects, and coaches/trains team members.

Key Requirements
6-7 years' experience in customer service, sales, or commercial contact
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with business systems and technology
Demonstrated experience in contract furniture industry
Proven ability to link customer satisfaction, quality, and financial performance
