Job Summary

  • Responsible for cultivating and promoting the long-term customer partnership with key accounts, managing dealer and direct contract business activities from order specification to installation and service.
  • Acts as a key contact and project liaison, facilitating compliance with contractual requirements, generating reports, and developing valued relationships with the dealer network.
  • Creates and delivers Customer Experience training initiatives, provides project management for assigned projects, and coaches/trains team members.

Key Requirements

  • 6-7 years' experience in customer service, sales, or commercial contact
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with business systems and technology
  • Demonstrated experience in contract furniture industry
  • Proven ability to link customer satisfaction, quality, and financial performance
