8-10 years' experience as senior Business Systems Analyst
Proven ability to elicit requirements
Comprehensive documentation management
Stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Advanced expertise in data analysis
Proficiency in Excel pivot tables, Visio, Microsoft Office
In-depth knowledge of Synthetic and risk and margin analysis
Experience with Confluence and Jira within an Agile environment
