Job Summary

  • The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring long‑term operational success, system reliability, and business value realization for customers using Intelligrated’s material handling automation and lifecycle services portfolio.
  • The CSM will act as the primary advocate for assigned customers, aligning Intelligrated’s technical, service, and commercial resources to support system performance, reduce operational risk, and drive adoption of lifecycle services.
