Job Summary

  • Home Base is dedicated to healing the invisible wounds for Veterans, Service Members, Military Families and Families of the Fallen through world-class clinical care, wellness, education, and research.
  • This LCSW / LICSW will be dedicated to supporting these services, working primarily in the two-week Intensive Clinical Program (ICP) and should have the desire to conduct group therapy.

Salary

LCSW: starting pay rate $68,224; LICSW: starting pay rate $92,227; Bonus/Equity: $3,000-$10,000 sign-on bonus available

Key Requirements

  • Current professional licensure in Massachusetts
  • LCSW required
  • LICSW preferred
  • 0-1 years clinical experience (Clinical Social Worker I)
  • 2-3 years clinical experience (Clinical Social Worker II)
