The Registered Nurse Lactation Consultant (RN LC) is a licensed health professional who has obtained International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners certification (IBLCE) and is currently licensed as a Registered Nurse.
The RN LC functions as a member of a multi-disciplinary health care team as a counselor, educator, and mentor to nurses, patients and their families.
