Job Summary
Ensure the functionality of the workplace and enable the Occupant and Guest Experience by responding to and completing day-to-day technical requirements.
Be involved in the overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment, conduct regular inspections, and carry out repairs or coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
Work hand-in-hand with other service partners, landlords, and vendors to deliver consistent service and enhance Occupant Experience through timely technical problem resolution.

Key Requirements
2-4 years' experience in facilities and maintenance
Certified in electrical or mechanical repair
Experience in corporate property/facilities management
Ability to maintain property/facility services
Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical systems, and BMS
