The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information and reporting any unauthorized disclosures or incidents promptly to supervisors.
Employees are expected to assist residents with personal care, mobility, medical preparation, and to create a positive and calm environment throughout the shift.

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent

Ability to write reports and business correspondence
