3-6+ years experience in Corporate Actions
Front-to-back Equity Swap Operations knowledge
Mandatory and voluntary corporate action processing
Reconciliation and break investigation skills
Prime Services or Equity Derivatives operations background
Nice-to-have
Drive automation initiatives for efficiency
Strong critical thinking and problem resolution
Experience with synthetic and physical equity models
Ability to work under tight market deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Requirements
3-6+ years experience in Corporate Actions or Investment Operations
Prior experience supporting Prime Brokerage or Equity Derivatives
Working knowledge of swap lifecycle and custody platforms
