Base: $92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Incentive programs tied to business and individual performance; Benefits: Health, dental, pension, and generous paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years in risk control or records management
Experience with Microsoft 365 Purview and SharePoint
Knowledge of global insurance regulatory environments
Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide RIM projects
Strong stakeholder engagement in matrixed organizations
Nice-to-have
Strategic thinker with financial services background
Enthusiastic about emerging AI and automation technologies
Self-motivated in ambiguous fast-paced environments
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
Ability to drive change management and risk culture
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in risk, control, compliance, audit, or records management
Degree in records management, information management, computer science, or related field
Professional certifications in risk management, auditing, compliance, or RIM are advantageous
Familiarity with global insurance operations and evolving legislation
