Job Summary

• The role will be focussed on supporting our energy and utilities clients with English law acquisition transactions, including managing purchases and leases of sub-stations / radio sites and equivalent, and negotiating wayleaves, easements and variations of these.
• Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing a busy caseload of transactions including liaising with the client to obtain instructions; Drafting the acquisition documentation, negotiating with the counterparty to the transaction and carrying out title reviews.
