Job Summary
The Gerente De Protección will provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership for the implementation of IRC's integrated protection programming in Guatemala, including Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Child Protection, and General Protection.
The role ensures the delivery of high-quality, life-saving services for vulnerable populations affected by violence, displacement, food insecurity, and climate shocks, with a particular focus on women, girls, children, indigenous populations, people with disabilities, and other at-risk groups.
Responsibilities include supervising programmatic implementation, strengthening referral pathways, coordinating with service providers, contributing to programmatic design, and resource mobilization, while ensuring compliance with international standards, donor requirements, and IRC policies.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in protection programming
Advanced university degree in related field

Proficiency in Spanish; English desirable
Valid driver's license and vehicle driving experience
