Participate in the elaboration of the initial project budget based on the tender budget and control all committed and accrued project costs.
Coordinate with other project areas to gather objective information for the best Estimate to Complete (ETC) forecast and anticipate any deviations impacting costs.
Ensure compliance with Acciona's procedures and standards in Cost Control and collaborate with various departments on cost analysis and action plans.

Key Requirements
University degree in Engineering or Economics/ADE
Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, MBA, or Project Management
At least 5 years of experience in cost control
Experience with CAPEX/OPEX projects in infrastructure, utilities, energy, construction, or heavy industry
Experience with large budgets, deviations, and public/semi-public tenders and contracts
