Job Summary

  • The Associate Business Analyst role will have a direct influence on designing business processes and solutions to support business groups for platforms used by thousands of sales associates across the United States, which will ultimately help ensure millions of patients will have access to our life saving products.
  • The role will partner with the Capability Lead, Business Partner, or other Business Analyst colleagues to support the development of business cases, assist in business process design, and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs.
  • In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office.
