Job Summary
Lead the factory Stores and Logistics team, driving initiatives that enhance the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of operations to meet customer demand and organizational goals.
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, components, and finished goods, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient execution.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems, conduct periodic stock audits, and ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering - Mechanical/Electrical with 3-5 years' experience
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with 5-8 years' experience
Experience in Stores and Logistics
Working knowledge of Inventory Ageing Taxation (GST, E-way bill)
