Job Summary

  • As the Head of Growth for Rocket Motor Systems (RMS), you will report to the RMS General Manager and work directly with the Tactical Reconnaissance & Strike Division Senior Vice President to build Anduril’s rocket motor business business.
  • Your role is cross-cutting. You’ll work across programs, engineering, growth, manufacturing, finance, external partners, and customers to develop and execute BL growth strategy for RMS.

  • Prior acquisition or operational experience with missile systems
  • Proven leader with effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75%
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
