Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure all resident assessments are completed per strict guidelines.
  • This role requires tracking and monitoring facility effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and Weekly CSR.
  • The incumbent must ensure accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, and significant change evaluations.
