Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Box Office Supervisor for their White River Amphitheater in Auburn, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience in box office management, cash handling, and customer service, and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and staff training

Job Summary

  • Organize and manage daily and nightly Box Office operations including Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, and Ticket Scanning.
  • Ensure venue staff follows cash handling policies and procedures, and assist with balancing and reconciliation of cash drawers and ticket sales.
  • Create, modify, and maintain inventory for all ticketed events in a secure ticketing environment and monitor ticketing hardware and software functionality.
