Must-have
Troubleshoot pneumatics and hydraulics
Perform preventative maintenance activities
Read electrical schematics and blueprints
Document repairs using CMMS system
Handle hazardous materials safely
Nice-to-have
Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Experience with continuous improvement projects
Ability to provide technical training
Knowledge of GD&T metrology instruments
Key Requirements
1-3 years mechanical/automation repair experience for Level 1
Associate's degree or journeyman card for Level 2
7+ years progressive automation experience for Level 3
Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLCs and HMI software
Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (ABB preferred)
