Job Summary

• Accurately and timely completion of Astea Mobile Work Orders, including capturing labor and travel time stamps, equipment list, parts and material needed, additional fees and expenses, detailed notes of work performed, root cause identification, and submission of electronic files, checklists, and pictures.
• Responsive interaction with customers providing the highest level of service and satisfying all business reporting documentation, including timesheets, repair orders, machine checklists, receiving records, expense reports, and repair order logs.

• 3 to 5 years related mechanical experience
• 3 to 5 years related technical experience
• Valid driver’s license
