Job Summary

• As a Regional Sales Manager for the Industrial Abrasives group within 3M's Safety & Industrial Business Group, you will have the opportunity to leverage your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
• Promote, introduce and sell the assigned range of abrasive products, demonstrating the key features and benefits of the products through presentations to achieve sales targets in line with the Industrial Abrasives business unit operating plan.
• Identify and clearly understand assigned key accounts, including managing relationships with key contacts, and developing new business, conducting abrasive product tests, and technical exchange seminars at client sites.
