Job Summary

• As the Senior Manager Surgery SCP Precision Plastics, you will be responsible for all the Precision Plastics spend within Johnson & Johnson Medical Technologies.
• Develop and lead price and cost initiatives; Prepare and complete RFQs for medium to high complexity sourcing decisions; Conduct negotiations with suppliers.
• Set clear goals, priorities, and performance measures to ensure alignment with business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.
