  • Expertise in NG911, CAD, RMS, and ESInet systems
  • Proven track record in pre-sales solutioning and RFP responses
  • Deep understanding of PSAP workflows and procurement cycles
  • Ability to travel up to 75% for customer engagements

Nice-to-have

  • Experience presenting to boards and elected officials
  • Strong storytelling skills for non-technical audiences
  • Background in cloud-based platform integrations and APIs
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with Wireshark or network tools

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years progressive experience in public safety or PSAP operations

  • Direct experience selling or implementing public safety software platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a field-facing technical advisor
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%
