Candidates will lead discovery, configure systems, manage technical validations, and ensure smooth handoffs to post-sales implementation while partnering with Account Executives.

Must-have
8+ years public safety or PSAP operations experience
Expertise in NG911, CAD, RMS, and ESInet systems
Proven track record in pre-sales solutioning and RFP responses
Deep understanding of PSAP workflows and procurement cycles
Ability to travel up to 75% for customer engagements
Nice-to-have
Experience presenting to boards and elected officials
Strong storytelling skills for non-technical audiences
Background in cloud-based platform integrations and APIs
Hands-on troubleshooting with Wireshark or network tools
Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
Key Requirements
8+ years progressive experience in public safety or PSAP operations
Senior-level leadership experience preferred (Director level or equivalent)
Direct experience selling or implementing public safety software platforms
Demonstrated ability to operate as a field-facing technical advisor
