Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
New York State Physical Therapy licensure
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification
At least one year pediatric PT experience
Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) membership
